The most expensive community in Fresno County is Clovis, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $250.

The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $141.

In the past week, a 3,285-square-foot home on Overstone Avenue in Friant area sold for $760,000.
