These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• A 7,419-square-foot home on the 2200 block of West Thomason Place in Fresno sold in October 2022 for $1,250,000, a price per square foot of $168.
• In July 2022, a 4,090-square-foot home on West Thomason Place in Fresno sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $293.
• On North Van Ness Boulevard, Fresno, in September 2022, a 5,637-square-foot home was sold for $1,503,000, a price per square foot of $267.
