See the decrease in real estate prices in Clovis the week of Dec. 11

The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis decreased in the past week to $250, which is the highest in the county. That’s $10 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $257.

After Clovis, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Fresno, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $239.

The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $141.

In the last week, a 1,840-square-foot home on North Pierce Avenue in Clovis sold for $460,000.
