• On North Ashurst Drive, Fresno, in May 2022, a 2,832-square-foot home was sold for $825,000, a price per square foot of $291.
• A 2,640-square-foot home on the 600 block of East Blue Ridge Road in Fresno sold in September 2022 for $871,000, a price per square foot of $330.
• In June 2022, a 2,088-square-foot home on East Lawnbrook Drive in Fresno sold for $585,000, a price per square foot of $280.
