The spacious and recently built property located in the 3300 block of Vermont Avenue in Clovis was sold on Dec. 2, 2022 for $1,200,000, or $277 per square foot. The property features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a garage, and two parking spaces. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• On North De Wolf Avenue, Clovis, in July 2022, a 3,817-square-foot home was sold for $1,505,000, a price per square foot of $394.
• In June 2022, a 2,499-square-foot home on Trenton Lane in Clovis sold for $637,500, a price per square foot of $255.
• A 2,254-square-foot home on the 3400 block of Alcove Way in Clovis sold in May 2022 for $510,000, a price per square foot of $226.
