The property features four bedrooms, three baths, an attached garage, and one parking space. The unit sits on a 7,700-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In April 2022, a 2,357-square-foot home on Adobe Way in Madera sold for $610,000, a price per square foot of $259.
• On Avenue 11, Madera, in July 2022, a 2,935-square-foot home was sold for $720,000, a price per square foot of $245.
• A 1,661-square-foot home on the 41200 block of Avenue 11 in Madera sold in June 2022 for $430,000, a price per square foot of $259.
