How much did it cost to buy a home in Madera Ranchos the week of Dec. 4?

The median price per square foot for a home in Madera Ranchos increased in the last week to $261, which is the lowest in the county. That’s the same price as the Madera County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Madera Ranchos was $226.

The most expensive community in Madera County is Bass Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $344.

Outside of Madera Ranchos, the best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $261.

In the last week, a 1,758-square-foot home on Avenue 13 1/4 in Madera Ranchos sold for $459,000.
