The median price per square foot for a home in Squaw Valley in the past week was $192, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $37 less than the Fresno County median.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $254.

Outside of Squaw Valley, the best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $208.

In the last week, a 1,248-square-foot home on Ruth Hill Road in Squaw Valley sold for $240,000.
