Fresno: what was the increase in real estate prices the week of Nov. 13?

The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $231. That’s $10 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $221.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $321.

The best deal can be found in Huron Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $138.

In the last week, a 1,642-square-foot home on North Mitre Avenue in Fresno sold for $380,000.
