These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• On Westmere Lane, Friant area, in May 2022, a 4,086-square-foot home was sold for $880,000, a price per square foot of $215.
• A 4,041-square-foot home on the 21700 block of Westmere Lane in Friant area sold in August 2022 for $1,050,000, a price per square foot of $260.
• In June 2022, a 3,070-square-foot home on Westmere Lane in Friant area sold for $800,000, a price per square foot of $261.
