The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis decreased in the past week to $248. That’s $23 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $257.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $345.

The best deal can be found in Raisin City area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $129.

In the past week, a 1,713-square-foot home on Escalon Avenue in Clovis sold for $425,000.
