Oakhurst: See how much real estate prices change the week of Oct. 30

The median price per square foot for a home in Oakhurst in the last two weeks was $229, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $21 less than the Madera County median.

The most expensive community in Madera County is Bass Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $329.

Outside of Oakhurst, the best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $264.

In the last two weeks, a 1,829-square-foot home on Boulder Place in Oakhurst sold for $420,000.
