• On North Perry Avenue, Clovis, in June 2022, a 2,100-square-foot home was sold for $580,000, a price per square foot of $276.
• In May 2022, a 1,996-square-foot home on Decatur Avenue in Clovis sold for $565,000, a price per square foot of $283.
