The most expensive community in Fresno County is Friant area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $264.
The best deal can be found in Sanger, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $132.
In the past week, a 2,070-square-foot home on West Barstow Avenue in Fresno sold for $469,000.
