The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis decreased in the past week to $237. That’s $5 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $253.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $304.

The best deal can be found in Raisin City area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $192.

In the past week, a 1,712-square-foot home on Burgan Avenue in Clovis sold for $407,000.
