The unit sits on a 0.8-acre lot.

• A 2,324-square-foot home on the 5400 block of North Lafayette Avenue in Fresno sold in September 2022 for $480,000, a price per square foot of $207.
• On North Sequoia Avenue, Fresno, in May 2022, a 4,900-square-foot home was sold for $1,290,000, a price per square foot of $263.
• In April 2022, a 4,994-square-foot home on North Van Ness Boulevard in Fresno sold for $1,375,000, a price per square foot of $275.
