Oakhurst: See how much real estate prices change the week of Oct. 16

The median price per square foot for a home in Oakhurst in the last two weeks was $265, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $8 less than the Madera County median.

The most expensive community in Madera County is Bass Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $342.

Outside of Oakhurst, the best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $278.

In the past two weeks, a 1,693-square-foot home on Highway 41 in Oakhurst sold for $450,000.
