The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $219. That’s $7 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $227.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Clovis, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $255.

The best deal can be found in Huron Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $110.

In the last week, a 1,643-square-foot home on West Indianapolis Avenue in Fresno sold for $360,000.
