The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis increased in the past week to $266. That’s $33 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $242.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $356.

The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $165.

In the last week, a 1,428-square-foot home on Austin Avenue in Clovis sold for $380,000.
