The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $227. That’s $6 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $234.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $356.

The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $165.

In the past week, a 2,000-square-foot home on East Andrews Avenue in Fresno sold for $455,000.
