The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $311.

The best deal can be found in Raisin City area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $182.

In the last week, a 2,491-square-foot home on Pico Avenue in Clovis sold for $605,000.
