The $1,503,000 purchase price works out to $267 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garage, and four parking spaces. The backyard also has a pool. The unit sits on a 1.0-acre lot.

• In June 2022, a 4,224-square-foot home on North Hulbert Avenue in Fresno sold for $1,040,500, a price per square foot of $246.
• On West Thomason Place, Fresno, in June 2022, a 4,090-square-foot home was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $293.
• A 3,845-square-foot home on the 2300 block of West Thomason Place in Fresno sold in April 2022 for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $390.
