The median price per square foot for a home in Oakhurst increased in the last week to $245, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $27 less than the Madera County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Oakhurst was $231.

The most expensive community in Madera County is Bass Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $603.

Outside of Oakhurst, the best deal can be found in Madera Ranchos, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $272.

In the last week, a 1,162-square-foot home on Sierra Lakes Drive in Oakhurst sold for $285,000.
