Fresno’s 541 at South Tower apartments to open June 22
Art-deco inspired apartments 541 at South Tower will celebrate its grand opening at 10 a.m. June 22 with Councilman Oliver Baines and the city of Fresno.
The 31-unit complex contains unique living spaces, with seven options for small business storefronts connected to a residential area. The building’s design was meant to fit the atmosphere and era of Fulton Street.
The grand opening will recognize efforts by Fresno Housing Authority, TFS Investments and Marvin Armstrong Architecture to develop affordable, stylish housing south of the Tower District.
The complex has one- and two-bedroom apartments available starting at about $563.
