Bank of Sierra gains Porterville Citizen’s Business Bank branch assets

Bank of the Sierra has finalized the acquisition of the Porterville branch of Citizens Bank, at 334 N. Main St., after assuming its deposits and certain loan assets.

Customer accounts were transitioned to Bank of the Sierra’s Porterville branch, 90 N. Main St. All employees from the Citizens Business Bank branch were retained in the acquisition.
