Valley Business Bank to pay 10-cent dividend
Valley Commerce Bancorp, the Visalia-based parent of Valley Business Bank, will pay a 10-cent-per-share cash dividend to its shareholders in June.
The dividend was authorized by the bank’s board and announced at the company’s shareholder meeting this week in Visalia. The dividend will be paid on June 28 to shareholders of record as of June 6.
A slate of directors for the bank’s board also was re-elected at the shareholder meeting: Walt Dwelle, Donald Gilles, Philip Hammond Jr., Russell Hurley, Fred LoBue Jr., Kenneth Macklin, Barry Smith and Allan Stone. Stone is also the bank’s president/CEO.
Valley Commerce Bancorp shares are traded on the OTC Pink over-the-counter board under the stock symbol VCBP. The stock closed Friday at $15.95 per share, unchanged from Thursday.
