Word on the Street: Dowling Aaron opens downtown Fresno office in Bitwise

Dowling Aaron has opened an office in downtown Fresno’s Bitwise South Stadium to support entrepreneurs and innovators.

Dowling Aaron Downtown, at Van Ness Avenue and Mono Street, will offer legal help to startup companies and established businesses in the areas of intellectual property law, entity formation, internet, e-commerce, business transactions and litigation.

“We are thrilled about the opportunity to be an active element of downtown Fresno’s technology and innovation culture,” said Larry B. Lindenau, the firm’s president. “It’s an exciting venture for our firm and we are eager to become a part of this community.”

The office is the firm’s fifth location. The company, established in 1977, has offices in Bakersfield, Fresno, Sacramento and Visalia.

Intellectual property and patent attorney Marcus DiBuduo works out of the office. DiBuduo was an electrical and software engineer before he became an attorney.
