February’s housing snapshot for central San Joaquin Valley

Housing sales and values held steady in February in Fresno County.

That is according to data released last week by Core Logic, a firm that tracks housing sales and trends.

Sales and values of new and existing homes also posted increases in Kings, Madera and Tulare counties, the data show.
