Visalia’s Valley Business Bank sets cash dividend

Valley Commerce Bancorp, the Visalia-based parent company of Valley Business Bank, will pay its shareholders a cash dividend of 10 cents per share this month.

The bank’s board of directors announced the first-quarter dividend last week. The payout, which will amount to about $286,000, will be made on March 20 to shareholders who own stock as of Friday.

Valley Commerce Bancorp stock is traded on the Nasdaq market under the stock symbol VCBP. Shares were priced Tuesday at $15.68, unchanged since Feb. 24.
