▪ Kevin Lord qualified for the 2016 Transamerica Agency Network company convention as the No. 1 Managing Director for Total Life Insurance Production in 2015.
Awards
▪ Giumarra Reedley, a division of the Giumarra Companies, received Produce Business magazine’s “2015 Marketing Excellence Award,” in partnership with local resident Helen Krause, for its Mrs. Krause “Easy as Pie” program promoting Nature’s Partner plums.
New Faces
▪ Laine Koch, clinical dermatologist, joined Visalia Medical Clinic. She completed medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School, served her internship in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters in Norfolk, Va., and completed her residency in dermatology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Her practice focuses on diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer and chronic skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and severe acne.
New Locations
▪ Local nonprofit health-care provider Clinica Sierra Vista will have its grand opening celebration for its new North Fine location at 1945 N. Fine Ave., Suite 100, in Fresno, on Jan. 14. The North Fine Community Health Center opened in late November and is equipped with four exam rooms, a treatment room, a vitals room and a nurse’s station.
