Valley Commerce Bancorp sets dividend for shareholders
Valley Commerce Bancorp, the Visalia-based parent company of Valley Business Bank, will pay a cash dividend to its shareholders based on the company’s third-quarter financial performance.
The bank’s board approved a dividend of 10 cents per share, which will be paid Dec. 29 to stock owners of record as of Dec. 4. The dividend will represent a cash outlay of about $289,000 for the company.
Valley Commerce Bancorp stock is traded on the OTC Pink over-the-counter board under the symbol VCBP. The stock price was quoted at $15.50 per share after the market’s close Thursday, unchanged since Nov. 3.
