Walls go up for Fresno industrial project
A tilting ceremony held Tuesday marked the lifting of heavy cement walls for new buildings under construction at a 30-acre industrial park in Malaga.
Diversified Development Group of Fresno is building Fresno County’s largest speculative development in years with no tenants or specific use in mind. The $32 million project is located at Central and Minnewawa avenues and will consist of three large buildings for at total of 553,000 square feet of space.
Construction started in July and is expected to be finished by December.
