▪ 6,132 square feet at 4785 E. Kings Canyon Road in Fresno leased to TitleMax from DeSantis Family Trust. Sam Bogdanovich and Bryan Cifranic were the agents.

▪ 5,580 square feet at 5404 N. Blackstone Ave. in Fresno leased to TitleMax from Nostalgia’s Star, LLC. Bogdanovich and Cifranic were the agents in cooperation with Steve Rontell of Colliers International.

▪ 5,778 square feet at 498 W. Shaw Ave. in Clovis leased to TitleMax from A & A Tarzana Plaza, LP. Bogdanovich, Jon Cox and Cifranic were the agents.

▪ 3,520 square feet at 1348 W. Olive Ave. in Merced leased to Mountain Mike’s Pizza from Campisi Family Partners. Cifranic and Doug Cords were the agents.
