Visalia-based Valley Commerce Bancorp, the parent company of Valley Business Bank, declared a cash dividend of 10 cents per share to be paid to stock owners next month.
The bank’s board of directors approved the payout, which will amount to about $291,000, late last week. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 29 to shareholders who own stock as of Sept. 4. The dividend is based on the bank’s performance for the second quarter of the year.
Valley Commerce Bancorp stock is traded on Nasdaq under the stock symbol VCBP. As of Tuesday afternoon market close, the company’s stock was priced at $15.20 per share, the same price it has been since Friday’s market close.
