Fresno’s West Acres Shopping Center acquired for $10.2 million

Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns and manages grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers, has acquired West Acres Shopping Center at 3200 W. Shaw Ave. in Fresno.

The 83,414-square-foot shopping center is anchored by a Food Maxx grocery store, a banner of Save Mart, and also has a Best Cuts, Little Caesars and Atlas Healthcare.

The shopping center was acquired for $10.2 million from West Acres LLC, said spokeswoman Allie Seifert.

Phillips Edison Grocery Center also has grocery-anchored properties in Ceres, Folsom, Elk Grove, Modesto and Redding.
