Premier Valley Bank to pay 8-cent dividend
Premier Valley Bank will pay a cash dividend next month to its shareholders based on the company’s second-quarter financial performance.
The board of the Fresno-based bank voted Thursday to approve the 8-cents-per-share dividend, which will be paid on June 12 to shareholders who own stock as of June 8. This is the 20th consecutive quarter in which the bank has paid a cash dividend. The payout will amount to about $984,000, based on the recent trading price of the company’s stock.
Premier Valley Bank’s stock is traded on the over-the-counter board (OTCQB) under the stock symbol PVLY. Shares closed Thursday at $7.10 per share, up 1.43% from Wednesday’s closing price of $7 per share.
