Central Valley Community bank declares dividend

Central Valley Community Bancorp, the parent company of Central Valley Community Bank, announced a cash dividend of six cents per share Thursday.

The Fresno-based bank’s dividend will be paid on June 26 to shareholders of record as of June 12.
