Groundwater law focus of Monday educational event in Tulare

The next event in San Joaquin Valley-based Horizon Nut Company’s quarterly Grower Education Series is a talk Monday by Fresno water attorney Gary Sawyers. The event at the International Agri-Center in Tulare begins with registration at 11:30 a.m.

Sawyers will talk about dealing with the state’s Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.
