Paramount Farms parent company renamed The Wonderful Company

Roll Global, the parent company of Paramount Farms, a leading grower of citrus, pomegranates and nuts, is changing its name to The Wonderful Company. The name change is designed to give the farming giant a more unified presence in the marketplace.

“Consumers know us from our iconic Super Bowl commercials and viral marketing campaigns,” said Lynda Resnick, co-owner and vice chair. “Now we want the world to know the company behind some of America’s healthiest and most popular brands.”

The Wonderful Company has growing operations throughout the central San Joaquin Valley.

Launched Monday, the Wonderful brand will be attached to the company’s almonds, pistachios, and citrus. The name, Paramount Farms, will also be replaced by Wonderful Orchards. The only name not changing is the company’s pomegranate division, POM Wonderful.

Along with its farming enterprises, the Los Angeles-based Roll Global operates FIJI Water and Teleflora companies.
