Margaritaville at Sea amps up concert-style cruise entertainment
Margaritaville at Sea is taking concert-style cruise ship entertainment to a new level with its third cruise ship, Beachcomber, debuting in January 2027 from Miami.
Today, 39% of people worldwide rank live music as their top form of entertainment, according to Live Nation's Living for Live Global Study 2025. It's a trend the cruise line that brought the spirit of Jimmy Buffett's music to the high seas is poised to capitalize on as it expands its fleet.
Not only is Margaritaville at Sea partnering with country artist Zac Brown to bring the first artist-curated live music venue to a cruise ship, it's launching Beachcomber with a new lineup of original, music-fueled production shows.
"Live music and original entertainment have always been central to the Margaritaville at Sea experience and are one of the ways we create a vacation unlike any other," said Margaritaville at Sea Vice President of Entertainment Karen Maybury. "With Beachcomber, we're introducing three all-new productions that capture the energy, escapism and sense of fun that define our brand, while giving guests even more ways to immerse themselves in the experience from the moment they step aboard."
Beachcomber's new production shows are part of a larger entertainment evolution at Margaritaville at Sea that's shifting from casual, laid-back programming to more sophisticated performances featuring a concert-style atmosphere, enhanced technical effects, and immersive storytelling.

Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber will feature country, rock, and Latin production shows
Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber will debut the cruise line's most expansive entertainment lineup yet, headlined by three new original productions - Friday Night County; Red, White & Margaritaville; and Club Fuego.
Friday Night Country
Think less theater seat, more summer concert lawn. Friday Night Country recreates the energy of an outdoor concert, mixing today's country hits with the kind of crowd-powered atmosphere usually reserved for summer music festivals. Expect sing-alongs, choreography, and a few surprises woven in - like acrobatics and variety-style performance elements.

Red, White & Margaritaville
The most theatrical of the three productions, Red, White & Margaritaville tells a story: a small-town band's long-shot bid for stardom, soundtracked by classic American rock anthems. Live performances anchor the show, and illusion work and large-scale staging effects elevate it.
Club Fuego
A Latin nightlife production inspired by Miami, Puerto Rico, and Havana, Club Fuego leans into contemporary Latin music and dance to create a smooth and sultry, club-style experience that sets the mood for a night out on Beachcomber. There's even a version for everyone - an all-ages show plus a steamier, adults-only after-hours edition for those staying up late.
Each of the three shows will run multiple times per sailing to ensure that passengers have the chance to experience each production during their cruise.
New Beachcomber entertainment pairs with enhanced collection of bars and lounges
Vacations on Beachcomber will cultivate a social, music-filled atmosphere through Zac Brown's Same Boat live music venue and an expanded lineup of bars and lounges. From laid-back poolside hangouts to a Polynesian-style lounge and a velvet-lined speakeasy serving creative cocktails inspired by South American flavors, Beachcomber will offer an array of spaces for cruisers to find their vacation rhythm.
