  • Bulle opened last month in Fresno and served caviar and $45 cocktails at its opening.
  • The Bee invited readers to vote on the most high-end restaurant in Fresno or Clovis.
  • The poll lists 25 restaurants and excludes Bulle because it is new.

When Bulle restaurant opened its doors this spring serving caviar and $45 cocktails, its owner was clear he wanted it to be the most high-end restaurant in town.

So that got us foodies here at The Bee thinking: What is the most high-end restaurant in Fresno or Clovis?

We thought we’d go to the experts – people who dine out in Fresno – to find out.

What do you think is the highest-end restaurant in town? Take our poll below.

We’ll leave the definition of high-end to you, whether it’s quality, price, vibes, etc.

We’re going to leave Bulle out of this poll for fairness reasons, since it’s new and diners are still getting to know it.

But there are 25 other restaurants in our poll that loosely fit the definition of high-end. First, let’s take a moment to digest the fact that Fresno and Clovis have that many eateries that can be in that category to begin with.

To keep this poll from getting out of control, we decided to limit it just to Fresno and Clovis (sorry The Elderberry House and Rainbird, we see you).

If there’s any restaurant in the two cities that you think should have been part of our poll, feel free to email your vote to bclough@fresnobee.com. We’ll leave the poll up until noon Wednesday, May 6 and follow up shortly after with the winner.

Now, on with the voting! To prove you’re not a robot, please type the word “YES” in the first field. Then vote as many times as you want. Clearly is not a scientific poll, after all.
