Free burgers up for grabs as Habit Burger finally opens in new Fresno shopping center
It’s been a long time coming, but The Habit Burger Grill in northwest Fresno is about to open — and there are free burgers involved.
The popular California burger chain known for its Charburgers will open to the public Wednesday, June 5 at the northwest corner of Shepherd and Willow avenues. That’s in the The Row at Heritage Grove, near restaurant Saizon and Ampersand Ice Cream.
But you can get in as early as this weekend — and get a free burger or meal — if you jump through a hoop or two.
The restaurant is holding three VIP events this weekend where the first 200 people will get free food. But you need to be a CharClub member first and show an invite. Sign up at https://www.habitburger.com/fresno/.
Once customers have that, the first 200 can get a free hamburger, fries and a drink from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 1. Or, the first 200 customers can get a free chargrilled meal from one of the pre-set menus from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4.
This will be the fifth Habit Burger location in Fresno (sixth if you count the one on the Fresno State campus).
The 2,800-square-foot restaurant has a drive-thru and dining room, in addition to the traditional ordering counter, customers can also use self-serve kiosks.
Details: The Habit Burger is at 2896 E Shepherd Ave., Suite 101.
