The top restaurants in town get lots of attention: Cracked Pepper Bistro, The Annex Kitchen, The Lime Lite.

Heck, even In-N-Out Burger gets plenty of time in the spotlight.

But what about the restaurants that are really great, but not as well known? The ones that have top-notch food and a wonderful atmosphere, but plenty of Fresnans don’t even know they exist. The ones that really should get more kudos from the general public.

We want to know what business you think fits that definition. It can be a fine dining restaurant, or maybe just a taco shop.

Enter your choice in the form below. And feel free to share this page with others on social media.

We’ll keep the nominations open until 9 a.m. Thursday, May 4. Then, we’ll put the top names into a poll so you can vote on them. Fresno Bee readers will decide which restaurant is the most underrated in town.

The nomination period has ended.
