Restaurants here have so much good food to offer.
There are dishes that keep us coming back again and again, ordering the same thing because we love it. And there are meals from long gone restaurants that we still still reminisce about.
While Fresno and Clovis are known for plenty of foods – tacos, raisins, pho, more – we got to wondering about Fresno’s most famous dish. That is, what’s the most well known? What restaurant dish do people love and talk about the most?
Note that the most famous isn’t the same as the best tasting.
We’re also playing a little fast and loose on the definition of dish here. You’ll note there are desserts and a cocktail included on the list, in addition to entrees and appetizers.
