From dinner to desserts, balsamic vinegar isn’t just for salad greens anymore. The once go-to dressing has been elevated to new uses thanks to companies like Enzo’s Table in Clovis. The family-run company, well-known for its prize-winning olive oil, has introduced a line of balsamic vinegars.
The vinegars come in three flavors, apple, fig and traditional. The handcrafted and barrel-aged vinegars are produced in Modena, Italy, to the company’s specifications. They are rich, flavorful and great for experimentation.
Think rustic bread, cheeses, grilled fruit, tomato caprese, bruschetta, grilled pizza and anything else that needs a splash of flavor.
