Know where to get great-tasting food out of a gas station in the Fresno area?

For someone with a conservative stomach, the answer to that question might not seem to exist.

But we’re not talking just about hot dogs on a rolling grill.

Some places that sell good food might be based inside a gas station and just waiting to become its own restaurant.

Like Mega Texas Barbeque, which once was inside an Arco gas station and now thrives as a brick and mortar restaurant near Butler and Orange avenues.

Or perhaps the owner of the food place that deserves a nomination is quite content to remain based inside a gas station and still serves delicious food.
