‘Stranger Things' Stars Just Closed the Door on a Shocking Revelation

Stranger Things has been over for almost six months, and some of the series' biggest stars are starting to explore themselves and their careers outside of the Netflix super hit. Still, fans remain curious about some of the intricate relationships between the show's biggest names.

David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown are at the top of the list of stars from the show, but there were rumors circulating of a major distrust between them when it was revealed that Brown filed a complaint against Harbour for harassment on the set of the show. With a half-year in the rearview mirror since the series finale, Brown and Harbour are finally talking about how they settled their differences.

"It's a show that went on for 10 years. We worked together for 10 years during her formative teenage years, playing father and daughter. I don't know if people have families and friends that you spend a lot of time with for 10 years - you occasionally get in arguments, disagreements," says Harbour in an interview with Variety.

Brown was also asked by the publication for her opinion on the matter at this point in their lives.

"Obviously I changed so much from Season 1 to Season 5, and David was there through all of it. Over time, our relationship became much more collaborative creatively. When you work with someone for that many years, we could really push each other emotionally in scenes. Even though the series has ended, there's still a lot of gratitude. Getting to share that experience with him for so many years is something I'll always remember and value."

Harbour elaborated more about how the two have forgiven each other and will move on, even if outsiders will continue to debate the specifics of their relationship.

"It was just a simple rupture-and-repair thing that, once we cleared everybody out of the way and talked to each other, we're fine. Everyone nowadays is very scared of talking about things. People are very scared of being human. It's unfortunate, because I don't know how to navigate this weird media world. But it was completely normal, and we adore each other and always have."

Harbour and Brown are very active right now in their post-Stranger Things endeavors. Brown will be in Enola Holmes 3 and Harbour is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
