Cigna's Express Scripts sues to block law on prescription access in Tennessee

Cigna's pharmacy benefits services unit Express Scripts on Friday requested that the court strike down an unlawful state law that would restrict access to prescription medications and health care for hundreds of thousands of residents in Tennessee.
