It doesn't matter how routine an activity may seem-puppies somehow manage to bring chaos to it without even trying. There's one viral TikTok pup who seems to live in a constant state of craziness without even having to work at it.

Franklin, a 1-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, is basically a giant, fluffy tornado of chaos every single day. His mom recently posted a video that paints a very clear picture of her life as a Berner parent, and honestly, it's hilarious.

Comment your questions about Franklin!!

original sound - Franklin and Mom

The clip starts out innocently enough. Mom is talking to the camera and doing a little Q&A for Franklin's fans.

"This is Franklin, and yes, he is 112 pounds!" she says while holding him up on his hind legs so everyone can fully appreciate just how massive he's gotten.

After a moment, she lets go of him and adds, "He's still a baby and very chaotic," and right on cue, Franklin grabs hold of her sweater and decides it's the perfect time for a quick game of tug-of-war. Honestly, it's like he understood exactly what she was saying and chose that precise moment to prove her point for her.

A brief wrestling match follows, with Mom eventually managing to free the front of her now very stretched-out sweater from her puppy's mouth. The look in Franklin's eyes as she tells him to "drop it" is the same expression a toddler gives right before turning and sprinting away from their parents.

Franklin's Followers Find This Situation Relatable

The comment section quickly filled up with support from fellow dog parents who completely understood this mom's struggle.

One TikToker wrote, "If it makes you feel better, ours calmed down at like 2–2.5 years!" to which Mom hilariously replied, "We have a year to go then "

Another follower joked, "Gentle parenting a dinosaur!" while someone else added, "OMG, my Bernie does the same thing! All my shirts have little holes on the bottom."

Franklin is an absolute mess, and honestly, I am here for it. I love watching him and his mom together, and I can't wait to see what kind of mischief they-well, mostly he-get into next.
