Golden Retriever's Tippy-Tap Dance Over a Carrot Is Too Pure

One of the best things about having a dog is that there's never a lack of free entertainment. They make even the simplest events into the best day ever, and I think we could all learn something from that.

Nova, the Golden Retriever, is one of these little comedians, but she's not in the business of doing her tippy-tap dance for just anything. It has to be something REALLY exciting, and in a recent video, she discovers her new "toy" isn't only loads of fun, but healthy, too!

How could you not smile after watching the funny pup playing with a carrot like it's the greatest thing ever invented?! The fun-loving Golden Retriever has no issue making a game out of anything in her path, so yes-this is deserving of her epic tippy-tap dance (and a few horse gallops to round things out)!

Some of Nova's fans sounded off in the comments about this seriously cute clip, with one writing, "I feel the same way about carrots!"

"Interrogating that carrot, tell me what want to know!" another joked. Dozens of others praised Nova for her incredible hopping skills!

When she's not having a playdate with a vegetable, you'll find this Golden being the sweetest menace around. She might rearrange the furniture or get the zoomies and nearly knock Mom over, but she's always giving whatever it is her all, just like a puppy, and she couldn't be cuter for it.

Why Dogs Love Carrots So Much

Though Nova didn't seem to have any intention of snacking on her crunchy new toy, many dogs love carrots for their sweet crunchiness. It satisfies their need to gnaw on something for self-soothing, but also tastes good and is good for them as long as they're not swallowing huge chunks.

Others, like Nova, might see a carrot as something intriguing to figure out. They might just carry it around in their mouth to tap into the Retriever part of their DNA, but whatever they choose, it's pretty funny to watch!
